1. Introduction

Welcome to Essora (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing the Essora Founder’s Pass or accessing our platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Essora is a digital adoption platform designed to provide AI-powered user support. Our business is registered and based in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

2. The Founder’s Pass & Lifetime Perks

Early Access
Priority access to the Essora platform upon the official public launch.

Locked-in Discount
After the first year of service (covered by your initial payment), you are entitled to a lifetime 50% discount on the standard public pricing of the product, provided you maintain an active subscription.

Renewal Condition
To retain the 50% lifetime discount, you must renew your subscription within 30 days of your annual expiry date. Failure to renew within this window may result in permanent forfeiture of the discounted rate.

3. Product Status

You acknowledge that Essora is currently in an active development phase (“Public Beta”). The service may experience feature changes, updates, or scheduled downtime as we iterate and improve the platform based on user feedback.

4. Payment and Security

All payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant third-party payment gateways (e.g., Stripe). Essora does not store your credit card or payment details on its servers. All financial data is encrypted and handled by the payment provider.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, models, and technology associated with Essora are the exclusive intellectual property of Essora.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service solely for your internal business purposes. No ownership rights are transferred.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Essora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to the use or inability to use the service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Navi Mumbai/Mumbai, Maharashtra.
